underwhelming stay. needs improvement
chipped tiles stained carpets
the landscaping was beautiful and well kept. it was one positive.
The hotel condition was a major issue. chipped tiles and stained carpets were visible everywhere. the funicular to the beach was also out of order. I saw the sign looked like it had been there for months

Really good hotel experience
elite recognition spacious suite heated pool
This hotel offered superb Bonvoy elite recognition. I received a multi-category upgrade from the resort view room to a spacious resort view one bedroom suite. The deck was huge and offered great views. The pool was really nice and also heated.
The beds proved too hard, especially for a hotel that calls itself ritz-Carlton. I think the bed quality was more like a standard courtyard. I expect soft beds here, but those were very firm.

The room included a king size bed and a seating area with a large sofa. A large desk was available. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a walk-in rainfall shower. Robes and slippers were provided. A turndown service occurred each evening.

Breakfast was one of the best i have ever experienced. Super clean and chefs worked really hard! The complimentary breakfast buffet has everything you could want. The omelette lady was awesome, i must say.

The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to correct things we were unhappy about. They always greet you, great. The train driver were really good too find my sons goggles that he lost at the pool.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It also included free weights. There are multiple pools available , one of them heated. The hotel is really well kept. I would love to come back!

the service was really good from the staff. my bed was super comfortable. i had a huge balcony even for the entry level room.
the hotel is a bit far from everything. i needed a car for any travel. it's not ideal if you want to walk to local attractions or restaurants.

beautiful landscaping well-kept patio spacious room stairs obstacle poor connection delayed response
the hotel had beautiful landscaping and well-kept patios. my room was spacious and had a large balcony. the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub.
moving around the hotel with a pram was difficult as there were stairs and no ramps! the hotel was not well connected, sections were separate. i called the hotel about an item i left behind, but they never called back.
